Do you want to learn to love more unconditionally and to have more fulfilling relationships? The truth is that this journey begins by learning to love and accept ourselves.

Combining tools from Real Love, Safe Conversations, Inner Child and more, I will be facilitating a new small group by zoom that creates a safe, supportive environment for you to discover greater connection, belonging and unconditional love in your relationships.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Gain tools to create safety, connection and empathy in your relationships
• Experience unconditional love and acceptance in a safe environment
• Discover how anger impacts our relationships and how to repair ruptures in our connection with loved ones
• Learn how to move from being frustrated to understand what we really want
• Realize how our past impacts our present relationships and how to begin to heal the wounds that we carry with us

Weekly Format:
  Welcome & Check-in (10 minutes)
  Education (20 minutes)
  Discuss in small groups/breakout rooms (25 minutes)
  Sharing all together (10 minutes)
  Wrap-up/ Questions/Homework (10 minutes)
