In 2026, I will be facilitating a 10-week Inner Child online small group meeting. Using the book, "Recovery of Your Inner Child" by Lucia Capacchione, Ph.D. as a basis for discussion and homework, each session will include a short discussion of the highlights of one of the chapters and participants will have the opportunity to share what they are discovering about themselves. Doing this in the safe, supportive environment of a small groups allows us the opportunity to begin recognizing, experiencing and interact with our Inner Child with respect and feeling protected. Dr. Capacchione says, "Healing happens when we open the door and invite the Inner Child to come out and be a part of our lives." Through Inner Child work, you will discover your inner parent who is the wise guide as you heal the wounds of the past.

This program is for anybody who is ready to gain greater self-awareness, self-knowledge and learn skills and tools that support a more connected and fulfilling life. Through drawing, writing, creative arts, meditation, and group sharing and discussion, you can discover that recovery of your Inner Child is the way to begin anew and to heal your life.
